Applying for Electric Service Connection?
Steps:
- Attend Pre-membership Seminar. Seminar Schedules:
- ANECO Central Office Tuesday, 1:00 PM
- Area 1 Cabadbaran City Friday, 1:00 PM
- Area 2 Nasipit, ADN Friday, 1:00 PM
- Tungao Sub-office Monday, 1:00 PM
- Visit the Application Evaluator at the Consumer Welfare Desk (CWD) of the Consumer Sevices Department (CSD) located at the ground floor for the following requirements:
- Municipal Mayor’s Permit or Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection/Completion (yellow copy) or Permit for Temporary Service Connection (with control number and complete signatures)
- Electrical Plan duly signed and sealed by a Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE)
- Certificate of Ownership from Housing Developer (if under a housing/real state developer), or location sketch/plan (if not under a housing program).
- Follow up on the third day at Consumer Welfare Desk on the status of your application. If approved, bring/submit the additional requirements listed below to the Application Evaluator, if disapproved due to non-compliance to the standards, inquire at the Application Evaluator on how to comply.
Additional Requirements:- Recent ID picture (2×2), each for maried applicant/joint accounts.
- Current Community Tax Certificate (Cedula) of the applicant
- Valid ID
- Tax Identificatin Number (optional for residential, and required for SME and Industrial applicants)
- Contact number
- In case of a representative, or a person acting in behalf of the applicant, he/she must submit a Notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA)
- Get the approved Housewiring Inspection Report from the Application Evaluator and affix signatures as per required then proceed to Metering Section for signing.
- Proceed to Billing Section to secure Billing Clearance and data digitizing.
- Go back to the Application Evaluator for the list of payables or service connection fees and other fees provided in the approved Housewiring Inspection Report then proceed to the Teller for payment.
- Proceed to Membership Development Personnel at CWD for signing of Membership Application Form, picture taking, and signing of Electric Service Contract.
- Submit all documents to the Application Evaluator for processing of Connection Order before leaving the office.
- Finally, ANECO Service Dropping Crew will then execute the Connection Orders to energize your home or establishment.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF A MEMBER-CONSUMER
- To pay regularly and on time the monthly electric bills.
- To participate in the conduct of District Election and vote.
- To attend Annual General Membership Assembly (AGMA).
- To support and observe all policies and laws of the cooperative.
- To maintain good relationships with the coop employees, management, and the Board of Directors.
- To help safeguard coop properties against vandalism and thievery.
- To report illegal acts to the office in order to prevent and reduce lossess of electricity.
