Today, March 9, 2026, Agusan del Norte Electric Cooperative, Inc. (ANECO) joined the Philippine Rural Electric Cooperatives Association (PHILRECA) in celebrating National Women’s Month through an online gathering honoring the women of the rural electrification sector.

The activity was participated in by women employees of ANECO from the Central Office and all Area Offices, namely Cabadbaran City, Nasipit, and Tungao Sub-Office, reflecting the cooperative’s collective support for recognizing the vital role of women in nation-building and community development.

Anchored on the theme “𝑺𝒉𝒆 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒔, 𝑺𝒉𝒆 𝑷𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒔, 𝑺𝒉𝒆 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒔,” the celebration highlighted the leadership, strength, and dedication of women who continue to energize communities and drive progress in the electric cooperative sector.
